Every person who wishes to obtain a drivers licences needs to first pass a learners licence test at the traffic department in order for them to practice driving on a public road. This process ensures that all the delegates who practice on our roads have had their eyes checked and also understand all the rules of the road and traffic signs. The Learners licences test also teaches the delegates correct lanes use and how to use the controls of the vehicle.
The Learners Licence test is broken into 3 sections: Rules of the Road, Road Signs and Controls of the Vehicle be it motorcycle (A), light motor vehicle (B) or heavy motor vehicle (C1 - EC)
The course covers all 3 sections and breaks them up to be easily understood and recalled. We at He and She have developed our own learners licence test to prepare the delegate for their test at the traffic department.
